This conference is designed to provide practical insights for production suppliers, event production companies, festivals and roadhouses, municipalities, colleges and universities, labour organizations, and all those who provide support to the live event industry.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Transportation will be the responsibility of the attendee. There is parking at the venue and at nearby locations. More information can be found at the following link: Event Parking
The venue is a 11-minute walk from the conference hotel. There are also public transit options available in the city.
Is my registration fee transferable?
Yes, you may send an alternate to the conference. To make a change, please email info@esacanada.ca.
Is there accommodation nearby?
Our hotel partner is the Ottawa Marriott Hotel.
What time does the Conference start and end?
Registration will begin at 12:00PM on Monday, October 23, 2023 and the last session will conclude by 12:30PM on Wednesday, October 25, 2023.
Post Conference Workshops will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023 and Friday, October 27, 2023.
