We invite you to attend the Event Safety Alliance Canada Conference in Vancouver, British Columbia.
This conference is designed to provide practical insights for production suppliers, event production companies, festivals and roadhouses, municipalities, colleges and universities, labour organizations, and all those who provide support to the live event industry.
You’ll have a full slate of relevant topics presented by experts in the field, as well as an opportunity to share event safety experiences with colleagues. You’ll learn directly from like-minded professionals from around the world – their experiences, expertise and perspectives.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
If you have questions (dietary restrictions, accessibility etc.), please email info@esacanada.ca. Please submit dietary restrictions by Friday, September 20, 2024.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Transportation will be the responsibility of the attendee. There is parking at the hotel and at nearby locations.
There are also public transit options available in the city.
Is my registration fee transferable?
Yes, you may send an alternate to the conference. To make a change, please email info@esacanada.ca.

What time does the Conference start and end?
Registration will begin at 12:00PM on Monday, October 21, 2024 and the last session will conclude by 5:00PM on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
Pre Conference Workshops will be held on Sunday, October 20, 2024.
Post Conference Workshops will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2024 and Friday, October 25, 2024.
