WHO WE ARE
Event Safety Alliance Canada (ESAC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting and educating health and safety for the arts, entertainment, and live event communities with enthusiasm and determination.
Effective health and safety is a sign of professionalism. We want to provide learning opportunities so people can feel confident implementing health and safety within their events. It shows we care about all the people we encounter - the people we work with, our clients and event attendees, as well as our venues and fellow suppliers.
ESAC does not enforce safety legislation, codes or standards. We serve as a support organization for discussion of reasonable practices that rely on regulatory documents. We're focused on finding ways to improve all aspects of safety, security, and health at live events.
ESAC is a welcoming and accessible organization, respectful of diverse thoughts, experiences, and perspectives.
